Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

We want everyone to be able to use this website, and we build client products with accessibility as a requirement, not an afterthought.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or reduced-motion settings. Our goal is for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we’ve done

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading order and a “skip to content” link.
  • Full keyboard access, including the navigation menu, interactive demonstrations and the enquiry form.
  • Visible focus indicators, and colour contrast designed to meet AA (at least 4.5:1 for body text).
  • Buttons and links sized to be easy to select (at least 24 × 24 pixels).
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images. Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Form fields with visible labels, clear required-field indicators and error messages linked to each field. No CAPTCHA puzzles.
  • Text descriptions for each animated demonstration.
  • Layouts that adapt to small screens and to browser zoom.

Motion & animation

If your device is set to reduce motion, the site respects it: background animation is replaced by a still image, the background video doesn’t load, and demonstrations show their complete state without playing. Otherwise, a “Pause animation” button in the top section of each page stops all background animation (your choice is remembered), animated demonstrations pause when they’re off-screen or in a background tab, and step-by-step demonstrations have pause controls.

Documents

Our capability statement and policies are published as tagged PDFs with a logical reading order. If you need a document in another format, ask through the enquiry form and we’ll provide an accessible alternative.

How we test

We check the website with automated accessibility checks and keyboard-only testing at mobile and desktop sizes, with screen-reader support built in to WCAG 2.2 AA. Our pre-launch review, covering automated checks and keyboard testing, was completed on 8 October 2026.

Known limitations

Some illustrative demonstrations are simplified visual examples. Their content is summarised in text for screen-reader users. No other known issues at the time of review.

Products we build

Accessibility is a requirement in our client work, not an afterthought. We design and build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA (and to AS EN 301 549 where a contract requires it), test with automated tools, manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and review accessibility before launch.
